Festival is organized by Mediteranian Organization in cooperation with local municipalities, chambers of commerce and local folklore ensemble. The festival will be covered in media by the local and international press and television. Mayor or the deputy mayor of the city of festival contestants, will be honored guest of the festival at the expense of the organizer.

Timisoara – Over the years, Timisoara, the largest city in western Romania, has been influenced by many cultures. Turks, Austrians, Germans and Serbs all left their mark and their influence can be seen in neighborhoods throughout the city even today. The charm of this city, settled on the northern bank of the Bega River, lies in its architecture and cultural life. Frequently called “Little Vienna”, Timisoara is home to musical and theatrical performances, art galleries, museums and a buzzing nightlife. A progressive, cosmopolitan place, this “City of flowers” was the first city in Europe and second in the world after New York, to use electricity to illuminate its public streets. The city is easy to explore on foot. Timisoara abounds with churches of several denominations, a Jewish quarter, an elegant baroque square and a pedestrian-only downtown area.

1st day – 21.01. Arrival in Timisoara. Check in at the selected hotel. Free time for individual activities. Dinner. Overnight.

2nd day – 22.01. Breakfast. Press conference. Optional Timisoara city tour (Victory Square, Romanian Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral, Memorial Museum of the 1989 Revolution, Union Square, Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, Serbian Bishop’s Residence, Banat Ethnographic Museum, Freedom Square, Huniade Castle, etc). Lunch packet. Opening ceremony. Participant groups’ performances. Dinner. Optional night out at the disco. Overnight.

3rd day – 23.01. Breakfast. Optional City tour (Timisoara Art Museum, Baroque Palace, Banat Village Museum, The Roses’ Park, etc.). Free time for individual activities. Lunch packet. Participant groups’ performances. Closing ceremony. Dinner. Optional night out at a restaurant with live music. Overnight.

4th day – 24.01. Breakfast. Hotel check out and departure. End of services.
