Festival is organized by Mediteranian Organization in cooperation with localmunicipalities, chambers of commerce and local folklore ensemble. The festivalwill be covered in media by the local and international press and television.Mayors or the deputy mayors, from the cities of festival contestants, will be honored guests of the festival at the expense of the organizer.

The small town of Nikiti is located in the northern part of the Sithonian peninsula, Halkidiki. It lies between Metamorfosi and Neos Marmaras. It is 110 km from Thessaloniki. Nikiti is located in the Toronean Gulf, which separates the peninsula of Sithonia from the peninsula of Kassandra. There are wonderful beaches on the 30 km long coast. Some Nikiti beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag for their exceptional beauty, crystal waters and exceptional service.

1st day – 27.06. Arrival in Neos Marmaras or Sithonia. Check-in at the selected hotel. Free time for individual activities. Dinner. Overnight.

2nd day – 28.06. Breakfast. Press conference at the conference center. A tour around the villages of Sithonia. Opening ceremony. Participant groups’ performances. Dinner. Optional night out. Overnight.

3rd day – 29.06. Breakfast. Info presentation at the conference room. Visit to Thessaloniki and the Petralona cave. Participant groups’ performances. Closing ceremony. Dinner. Optional night out. Overnight.

4th day – 30.06. Breakfast. Free time at the beach or optional boat tour. Optionalnightout. Dinner. Overnight.

5th day – 01.07. Breakfast. Free time at the beach. Optional night out. Dinner. Overnight.

6th day – 02.07. Breakfast. Hotel check out and departure. End of services.
